Recently, with active coordination from the city's Water Resources Bureau, Huoqiu County Qingfa Mining Co., Ltd. and Anhui Fukai Mining Co., Ltd. successfully signed a water rights transaction agreement. The transaction involved 30,000 cubic meters of water, with a unit price of 0.4 yuan per cubic meter, marking the successful completion of the city's first groundwater water rights transaction.

The successful implementation of this water rights transaction not only effectively addressed the water needs of the purchasing enterprise but also revitalized the surplus water resources of the transferring enterprise. It has provided a new solution to the problem of tight water usage quotas for enterprises. This is an innovative practice in the city's efforts to deepen water rights reform and serves as a reference for exploring groundwater water rights transactions.
